| If your motivation for going to a single turbo setup is because you think it will be more cost effective, you need to do some more research. You are generalizing the costs associated with such a project too much. Comparing the cost of a big 1200cfm turbo to a TD05 'kit' is comparing apples with oranges. That TD05 'kit' comes with everything necessary for install. It's really a great value and provides great bang for the buck. Now, if your motivation is just to do it for the hell of it and you enjoy doing a lot of the work yourself, go for it. I hope you have a hefty bank account and an appetite for frustration (there will be plenty of it). The only reason I can see to go single turbo is to say 'I have a single turbo Z32.' Joel is probably tight lipped about it for this reason. He worked hard and went through all the headaches to make something unique. I don't think he is going to be very forthcoming with any major advice. I'm not trying to 'stomp' your hopes, but I think its a bad idea. Good luck with whatever you decide.
